I began my journey to get to know me after a stress filled and turbulent period in my life. Moving forward in my life during this time was impossible and my support system consisted of 1 person. I knew that staying on the track I was on was not going to end well so something needed to change and that something was me.

I started with self help books and reading everything I possibly could about what I needed to do to move forward and the one thing that stuck out then and still stands strong today is the fact that you need to love yourself. If you don't then how can you expect someone else to?

I learned energy healing, started having Reiki treatments. I learned how to treat myself with Reiki and in April 2017 received my Reiki Master certification.

At the same time I became a wellness advocate with doTERRA Essential Oils and have been amazed at the benefits of Essential Oils on the mind and body. I have now (June 2018) received my Certification in Aromatouch Technique  Therapy to further my practice.
